I am currently only seeing clients virtually. I am located in Chicago and am licensed in IL, GA and MO, so I can only accept clients in those states. I wholeheartedly believe that because the majority of our wounds occur inside relationship, healing will also come through relationship. In our work, I can offer you warmth and curiosity as we gently explore the ‘why’ behind what you do while uncovering your strength and resilience. My work with clients focuses on grief and loss, trauma, relational discord, anxiety, depression, body image, life-transitions, and the intersection of faith and spirituality with day to day living.
