My ideal client is an adult (18+) who’s been carrying too much for too long—depression, anxiety, family trauma, abandonment, self-esteem struggles, or painful relationships. Some feel weighed down by breakups or family dynamics. Others describe the pressure of always being “the strong one,” while inside they feel exhausted and unseen. They want a safe space to put that weight down, feel understood without judgment, and rebuild confidence, boundaries, and trust in themselves with someone who truly “gets it.”
