Oftentimes, people are uncomfortable taking the first step to speak to a stranger about personal issues. However, once coming in for therapy, many people find it comforting to have a safe place to speak freely...with a therapist who is there to listen to them and guide them through life's difficulties. I practice with a non-judgmental approach to help my clients to reach their therapeutic goals. It is important that my clients feel comfortable with me in order for them to openly discuss the deeper issues affecting their lives.
