Looking at yourself through a holistic lens where we connect the mind, body, and spirit, you can heal yourself. At my healing center, I offer talk therapy, somatic therapy, breath therapy, yoga therapy, group work, and spiritual therapy! I have an office and a small studio for all the trauma work necessary to set you free!
