I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Illinois & am the director of IOP services at SpringSource: Eating, Weight & Mood Disorders. I earned my graduate degree in clinical counseling psychology from Illinois State University & have extensive experience in higher levels of care, specializing in treating eating disorders, mood & anxiety disorders, & trauma-related conditions. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, & a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery & well-being.
