I am a social worker who specializes in anxiety, depression, personality disorders, substance abuse and trauma treatments for children, adolescents, adults, and the senior population. I feel the relationship between the client and the clinician is crucial as it will help develop a therapeutic relationship to help the client succeed in reaching their goals. I utilizes evidence-based approaches to empower clients to manage their mental health effectively and build resilience. I also believes that creating a welcoming, comfortable environment is essential for helping clients feel safe, supported, and open to the therapeutic process.
