Accepting new clients! Let's talk, you are not alone! I am dedicated to helping individuals heal from addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. In addition to supporting loved ones of those struggling with addiction, with a focus on codependency, attachment styles, and self-abandonment. I have created a non-judgmental, confidential and safe environment to provide individuals and families with the support and resources they need to begin their journey to recovery. I offer both in person and video sessions. I provide outpatient counseling services including individual, family and virtual counseling. I have worked with all levels of care, from inpatient and outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment to working in the prison system, before starting my own practice in 2019.
