Life is full of ups and downs. We all experience challenges along the way. Anxiety, sadness, loss, fear and self-doubt are all a part of being human. Sometimes, we just get stuck. That’s okay. Resilience, growth and self-discovery are also part of the human experience. I have over 15 years of experience as a therapist. My experience includes service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Belize and humanitarian work in SE Asia. I have worked with humanitarians, expats, creatives, volunteers and students. My area of focus is working with adults overcoming trauma. Specifically, Narcissistic Abuse, Relationship and Attachment Trauma.
