I provide therapy for adults and teens (ages 12 and up) who want to better understand themselves and find relief from emotional or life challenges. Many people find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking; replaying situations without finding resolution. Therapy offers a safe space to give shape and meaning to those experiences, so they can be understood, worked through, and processed.
