Welcome, I'm glad you're here! I have a special passion for reproductive and perinatal mental health, including postpartum depression, anxiety, trauma and adjustment. I am extensive training and have worked with many clients that are in the perinatal period of their lives and, although it is such a wonderful time, it can also be super challenging, heart breaking, magical and everything in between. I enjoy working with people who are in the family planning or trying to conceive stages, experiencing infertility or pregnancy loss, and those in postnatal and early parenthood stage.
