I support clients in improving relationships, navigating depression, anxiety, and complex mental health conditions. With years of experience as the primary therapist in a high-acuity inpatient setting, I now offer private practice sessions for individuals and couples who want a supportive space to work through challenges. My practice is built on two principles: quality and accessibility. My full rate is $110 per hour, but I also offer a sliding scale from $40-$90 so people can access therapy regardless of finances. During intake, I provide guidance on how to choose a rate, so you don’t have to feel uncertain when deciding. I also believe therapy should fit into real life. Too often, health care requires people to miss work to get care. I don’t believe healing should cost your livelihood, so I offer evening and Sunday sessions to keep therapy compatible with your schedule. I provide both in-person and virtual sessions, all under the supervision of Dr. Jim Jobin, LCPC, LCADC.
