My philosophy of psychology is to "give it away" – meaning I equip my clients with the skills and understanding they need to maintain their own wellness beyond our work together. I work with children, adolescents, college students, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or need clarity about learning differences. Maybe you need testing to understand why focus and learning have always been harder than they should be—and to get accommodations that actually help. Or you're dealing with mental health challenges that are affecting work or relationships, and surface-level coping isn't enough.
