Hi there! I work with adults, adolescents, and teens who are navigating life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have experience supporting individuals with more severe mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I offer a direct, goal-oriented approach that balances compassion with accountability. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, challenge unhelpful patterns, and focus on practical steps that lead to real change. Therapy with me is active and collaborative, and it works best for people who are ready to engage honestly in the process.
