My ideal client is the one who’s strong for everyone else but secretly running on empty. Whether they’re a first responder, a spouse, or someone carrying stress, trauma, or distance in their relationships, they’re longing for peace, purpose, and real connection again. They want a space where they can drop the mask—be honest, heal, and learn to show up for themselves and the people they love with clarity, faith, and renewed strength. I help first responders, couples, and individuals move from survival mode to true healing. Using CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness, I create space for emotional safety, connection, and stronger communication. When desired, I integrate faith to support deep, lasting growth and resilience.
