When life feels challenging it may be easy to tell yourself that there is no hope; however, it is my priority to remind you that there is. Therapy is not only for those who are managing something difficult, it can also be for someone who is adjusting to a positive change. It can be for a child starting at a new school, or an adult preparing to marry their soulmate.
