Congratulations on taking the first step to being the best you YOU can be! Change is never easy, but neither is staying stuck. I often remind my clients…"choose your hard". For nearly 30 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people from many different backgrounds as they work through their personal challenges to create change. Beyond my clinical practice, I teach at Rutgers School of Social Work and supervise future clinical social workers, which keeps me grounded and inspired. Most importantly, I would be honored to support you in finding meaningful change in your life, relationships, career and within yourself.
