About

I am passionate about working with women across the lifespan. I have a special interest in supporting women during pregnancy, loss, postpartum, and motherhood. I'm also deeply drawn to working with partners and children of first responders; those managing depression or anxiety; parents seeking to increase connection with their children; and supporting teens. I combine my background as a mental health researcher with a warm, compassionate approach. I work from a person-centered, family systems orientation, and pull from additional approaches as the dynamic relationship unfolds in the room.
