I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. I use a very humanistic and client-centered approach to help clients to feel they can share thoughts and feelings safely and free from judgment. I understand that asking for help and facilitating change in your life takes a lot of courage. I have considerable experience working with clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, and trauma. One of my greatest strengths is to help clients recognize their strengths and to use them as a tool to help them through the current challenges they are facing.
