I have been a counselor for 15 years. At this point, I only counsel females age 14+. My career has focused on anxiety, depression, self-worth, personal growth and development, adjustment issues, relationship struggles, communication problems, etc. I have a strong desire to help people walk through their struggles, no matter how deep-rooted or surface level they may be, to help them become their best self. There is a wonderful life to be lived, and it's worth doing the hard work needed in order to experience it!
