As a therapist, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the difficult paths of trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and sexual trauma. I understand how overwhelming these experiences can feel and want you to know that you don’t have to face them alone. My role is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, validated, and supported on your healing journey. Healing is not linear, and I honor the courage it takes to seek support and begin this work. Together, we can build a future filled with hope, peace, and joy.
