I have been treating adults, individuals, and couples for over ten years. I assist clients in discovering of their strengths, building a support system, and developing healthy lifestyles to set the foundation for life success. I help with all different types of issues, from communication, anger, and intimacy, to trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use. My evidence-based approaches allow me to effectively address emotional and behavioral issues for clients from diverse backgrounds. I practice with all different types of therapy modalities, including EMDR, which is helpful for anxiety and trauma.
