I imagine you're reading this because you are looking to make some changes in your life. It takes great inner strength and courage to reach out for help. Whether you are struggling with difficulties of depression and anxiety, the "what ifs" and compulsions or substance use issues, I am here to help. With my clients, I take a holistic approach incorporating mind and body and I individualize treatments specifically to meet needs. I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed drug and alcohol counselor and am trained in several evidenced based therapies. I offer a safe nonjudgmental inclusive space where we can connect and work through problems together. Currently, I am seeing adult clients only via tele-health and am licensed in both New Jersey and Tennessee.
