Hi, I'm Jamie. I have been a mental health therapist for over 10 years. I practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California and previously as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York. I earned my Masters in Counseling and Community Psychology from The Sage College in Albany, New York. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate, judgement free space for my clients to work on the things that are most important to them. My mantra in my personal life is "Remember the Goal" and I carry that philosophy into my work. I work with clients from all walks of life and backgrounds. I have extensive experience helping clients process and recover from trauma. I would love to help you through your healing journey. You will be welcomed with an open mind, empathy and mindfulness. I will meet you wherever you are at. We will spend our first few sessions getting to know one another, exploring your wants, needs and goals.
