We all go through various stressors in our lives, and I find it is invaluable to have a space to process these experiences with someone we trust and feel comfortable with. As human beings, we are not meant to go through our challenges and stressors alone. I feel it is so important to acknowledge that you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to stand beside you and guide you through your own unique journey. I specialize in working with adults from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and grief and loss.
