I'm Dr. Jamie Sherman, a licensed clinical psychologist based in Boca Raton, Florida. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, depression, habit and tic disorders, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), disruptive behavior problems, and co-morbid ASD and ADHD. I work directly with children, adolescents, families, and adults to help them learn strategies to handle strong emotions. For toddlers and preschoolers with disruptive behavior disorders, selective mutism, or other forms of anxiety, I typically work directly with caregivers to teach and/or coach them in helpful parenting strategies to manage their child's emotional or behavioral concerns.
