Have you been feeling stuck and unable to see a path out of the place you currently find yourself? I am client centered and focused on meeting you where you are. My approach is authentic, mindful and centered on you. I can help you process emotions, set boundaries, and find positive ways to feel good about yourself. I hold space for you to share your concerns so you can begin the process of healing. During our first session, we will just talk about what you need to talk about. You can't do therapy wrong. Your first day, you get to talk about you and whatever you need to talk about. I will hold space for you and partner with you. Together, we will find out how we can best support your current needs.
