You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or worn down by anxiety, past experiences, or relationship stress. Maybe you notice yourself reacting in ways you don’t fully understand, or you’re carrying things that feel heavy and hard to put into words. On the outside you may be holding it together, but inside it feels like something needs to change. Together, we work on processing past experiences, building emotional regulation, and finding new ways to respond to stress and relationships—without pressure or judgment. I offer virtual therapy for adults, teens, and families using a trauma-informed approach. My goal is to help you make sense of what is coming up and why.
