My clients appreciate this space to grow into a more compassionate and understanding relationship with themselves, as well as the mindfulness strategies grounded in our understanding of the nervous system that I can practice with them. I can meet in person at my Ann Arbor office, outdoors at a local park, online, or a combination of all three! I draw from a variety of practices focused on the embodied experience of the whole person. I also take a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes a sense of safety and agency.
