I understand that finding a Therapist that will understand you matters, as well as seeing a Therapist that looks, feels and can validate you. Well let's go for it! Perhaps you've struggled with finding a confidant who’s understanding, relatable, and passionate about helping individuals or couples who desire to see light at the end of their tunnel. I will create a safe space for all men, women and couples to have a voice, be vulnerable, and share personal thoughts and feelings such as issues with depression, anxiety, and stress so that we can get to the better side of living. In my years of being a Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor in both the prison system and for everyday individuals and couples, I see solutions with your effort. Together we will create a safe space to explore those internal and external issues that make life hard to live prosperous.
