I have been working in the addictions/mental field for 4 years, with a focus on serving those recovering from substance use disorders. My goal is to support and empower individuals in active addiction and those in recovery to achieve their goals in life. Using a person-centered approach, I assist individuals in identifying and growing their unique characteristics into their biggest strengths. Reaching your recovery goals does not have to be lonely! I meet individuals where they are using harm-reduction approaches and by facilitating self-reflection to reduce the harm that substances are having on my clients’ lives.
