Stuck? Can't unstick yourself? Sometimes we get in our own way without knowing how to get free. I have helped people thread their way through their self-made jungles for decades. Some form of unfinished business trips us up, maybe from trauma, daily stressors, family difficulties, self sabotage, or toxic relationships. I have trained hard to help people see the potholes in the roads, and the pathways up the mountains. There is a way to face obstacles that releases their hold. Developing resilience, and strengthening one’s experience of true safety and support are critical in healing. I have 7 years of post-graduate Gestalt institute training,over 10,000 hrs of meditation training, and EMDR trained. Training allows me to help people go deeper than just talking about their issues so they can creatively find their paths to thrive.
