Clients who come to therapy are often in the murk of their own perspectives and thoughts which can feel overwhelming and isolating when trying to solve their problems. I believe as humans we want to be heard, understood, and find a sense of belongingness, and the therapy process can offer those things to clients while they try to find their sense of balance in their lives. One doesn't have to know exactly what the problem is necessarily because often times the outer layer of an onion is what one comes in with, but through the process together we may discover a deeper core that will lead to a beautiful blooming new start.
