Life challenges us with ups and downs – some expected and others not. These unexpected events or life transitions challenge our abilities to cope or understand our sense of self or purpose. At times we all need extra support to navigate these challenges. I welcome people dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and loss. I also specialize in working with people born outside of the U.S. – on issues such as dual-identity, feelings of isolation or loneliness, the stress of adapting to varying cultural expectations, and inter-generational conflict and misunderstanding.
