The decision to seek professional therapy often comes at a time when one feels stuck with life patterns, feelings,or symptoms that are unrelenting and undermine the ability to lead a fulfilling hopeful life where one can live up to his or her potential. I believe that every person has the ability to develop self awareness and find their strengths and solutions with the help of an empathetic and active listener. In my practice,I work hard to create a trusting space where this can take place.
