I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to talk about issues. Common problems which my clients bring to therapy are depression, family conflict, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, workplace conflict, grief and loss. Often clients are seeking better communication and a lessening of conflict and stress in their lives. I have over 25 years of experience working with adults, couples (straight and gay), families, children, and adolescents. I help new clients identify goals for treatment and together we work out a plan for achieving them. My clinical expertise with various treatment approaches helps clients to realize their desired goals.
