My name is Jan Mohlman and I am a clinical psychologist with 22 years' experience. I enjoy working with clients immensely. I collaborate with clients using a range of contemporary short-term therapies (cognitive, behavioral, CBT, mindfulness, exposure-based, behavioral activation, mind-body, brain fitness) for anxiety, depression, perfectionism, frustration, loneliness, and other life issues such as work dissatisfaction, relationship conflict, and problems with attention. I work primarily with adult populations.
