Osgood Mental Health Counseling is created with the belief that change is possible and the treatment journey in mental health is personalized and not done alone. My therapeutic specialty areas are with children and adults struggling with grief, anxiety, life transitions, illness, ADHD, parenting, relationships, executive functioning, interpersonal skills, stress management, and more. Additionally, I have a passion for working with couples to regain their emotional connection and strengthen their relationship. I see both men and women and serve clients ages 13-100.
