With ten years of clinical experience and fifty total years working in human services, I treat adult clients with a range of diagnoses, problem areas, and coping styles, using a variety of therapeutic approaches within individual sessions. I am currently taking new clients. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, harmful fears and habits, distorted thoughts, loss, relationship distress, and life transitions, using cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, internal family systems, existential, narrative, and grief therapies. I strive to be a partner, guide, and learning coach in the healing journey. Learning is healing.
