About
Are you feeling alone or unsure whether anyone will understand what you’re going through? Maybe you’ve tried to feel better on your own, only to find that relief hasn’t come. When this happens, it can feel discouraging and overwhelming. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this by yourself. I understand how hard it can be to reach out for support, and I bring both professional and personal experience to each session. I’ve been supporting people for over 20 years and specialize in treating eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and other eating concerns), as well as anxiety and depression, tailored to you. Our work together is collaborative, warm, and down-to-earth—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Sessions focus on what matters most to you and may include practical tools you can use right away, along with deeper exploration of patterns that keep you stuck. My hope is for change to feel supportive, meaningful, and lasting.
