I work with people who struggle with chronic illnesses, complex PTSD, and grief. I know about life’s demanding situations and challenges. We can navigate as a team to heal, experience emotional growth, and renew hope. I gladly offer clients a 15 minute intro call to learn more about your concerns and struggles. During our 15 minute intro call, I welcome the opportunity to learn a bit about you, what you are looking to change, and how I might be able to help you.
