I love to work with young adults (20s-40s) experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship difficulties (whether you're partnered or trying to date in the 21st century), grief, life transitions, and issues related to spirituality. I especially enjoy working with therapists in training (trainees or associates) and single people who are wanting to gain more dating experience. It is a crazy time to be an adult so I work to create a space that feels warm, compassionate, and peaceful amidst the chaos of life!
