I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in mental health care, crisis intervention, and clinical leadership. I specialize in supporting individuals and families through life transitions, emotional challenges, and complex behavioral health needs. As the founder of Living on Purpose Counseling & Consultation Services, I provide therapy grounded in evidence-based approaches including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My career spans private practice, healthcare systems, and EAPs. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. I bring extensive experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults navigating behavioral challenges, anxiety and other mental health concerns, and the impact of traumatic experiences such as abuse.
