Through a relational and supportive therapeutic process, my goal is to create a safe environment where individuals can be themselves, explore inner struggles, and ultimately find healing, transformation, and renewed purpose. I am experienced in working with adolescents, teenagers, families, individuals, and couples, and, as a Christian, I can integrate faith into sessions if that aligns with your needs.
