I am a licensed social worker with over 20 years of experience with children and families, and I understand that life sometimes forces us to reimagine how we see the world. Difficult situations involving our families, our bodies, and our ability to care for ourselves or loved ones may cause us to feel anxious or lonely. Losses can overwhelm us, making tasks feel insurmountable. I believe that everyone is capable of healing, and we can get stuck when we try to work through experiences on our own. Talking with someone can be the first step in sorting through your thoughts, and making meaningful progress toward personal well-being. There are many paths to healing. Everyone has their own unique perspective, and I will use an individual approach to best support you. I believe in providing an open and accepting environment where we can build a therapeutic relationship, and explore the things that may be holding you back in your daily activities, work, or personal interactions.
