Being human is hard, and trying to figure it out alone is even harder. Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety or sadness, do you feel stuck or bewildered by yourself or others? My name is Jana, and I have over 20 years working with people of all ages in social work and in ministry. I am a psychotherapist, a spiritual director, and an Episcopal priest. I enjoy helping people work with their grief, anxiety, and concerns around changing life circumstances.
