When we experience trauma, life stressors, or times of crisis it is common to find ourselves struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. Often, we hold deep beliefs about ourselves or others that do not serve us. These beliefs may hold us back from our best life. I work to facilitate healing in those who are struggling to find peace with themselves and in their relationships. I believe our relationships affect our lives in nearly every aspect. Healthy relationships are born from healthy individuals. Therefore, I enjoy working with both individuals and couples in the quest for optimum mental and emotional health.
