I was born in Erie, Pennsylvania before moving to Wyoming when I was six years old. I have always been passionate about understanding behaviors and mental health and how it impacts our ability to live fulfilling lives. I have worked with the homeless population, adults and couples with an array of personal goals. In 2019 I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University. I felt like I had a great understanding of how our mental health is tied to other important areas of our lives, but I wanted to use that understanding to work with individuals that were struggling for a variety of reasons.
