All of us at some point need support and understanding when dealing with the challenges of life. I would like to offer a compassionate space for you to explore life's stressors and provide you with skills to help you on your journey. I have over 20 years of experience working with adults, teens, children and families to improve their relationships, and communication skills. I also enjoy working with pre-school and kindergarten age. With young children I use proven techniques such as play therapy, sand tray, and puppet play to help children explore their feelings.
