My name is Janae and I come with a background in crisis intervention, trauma, and behavioral assessment. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of people, from first responders to teens to individuals navigating major life transitions, burnout, or high-stress environments. My experience in both clinical and field-based settings has shaped a practical, grounded approach to therapy that’s focused on understanding patterns, identifying what’s working, and building strategies that last beyond the session. My work is informed by trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a strengths-based perspective. I believe people do the best they can with the tools they have, and therapy is often about expanding that toolkit—finding new ways to manage stress, communicate effectively, and move through difficult experiences with more steadiness and clarity
