I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Maryland and Washington D.C. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, that extend from relational patterns in self-aware individuals. Treatment is supported through practical a skills-based approach. My passion for counseling and extensive experience has continuously developed while supporting young adults, families and children. As a counselor, it is my hope to assist individuals acknowledging their experience with mental health, accepting their issue as their own and identifying the life they desire to transition into.
